1. Secure and isolate existing Boier #1 and Boiler #2 from existing heating system prior to starting work, 2. Remove Circulation Pump #6 from existing piping. 3. Install thread-o-lets with isolation valves between the boilers, positioned as close to center as practical. 4. Run new 2” copper piping between the boilers and reinstall Circulation Pump #6 into the new loop. 5. Install two (2) ¾” threaded outlets on each boiler inlet piping for system monitoring and control tie-ins. 6. Install two (2) 3” round thermometers on each boiler (supply and return) for operational verification. 7. Install an aquastat on the supply piping to automatically stop Pump #6 when return water temperature reaches 145°F. 8. Install relays to command Pump #6 to start when the boiler receives an “on” signal from the TCP control and stop upon an “off” command.
