Santaquin City is seeking to enter into an agreement with a qualified and motivated Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firm to provide Construction Manager/General Contractor services for assisting the City and the City’s contracted Architect with detailed final design and construction of two (2) new post frame buildings with related facilities and appurtenances (“Projects”). Both post frame buildings have been constructed. However, the building interior equipment, interior finishes, and site improvements have not yet been completed. The recreation building is located adjacent to the existing recreation activity building at 200 South 400 West, Santaquin, Utah. The cemetery building is located at 269 South 100 East, Santaquin, Utah. The Project will include: Right-of-Way Improvements, Site Improvements, including Parking Areas, HVAC, electrical equipment, interior building finishing, Asphalt Drive, Drive Access, Curb and Gutter, Concrete Flat Work, Storm Drainage Facilities, Landscaping, Site Lighting, Landscaping, etc.
