1 – QTA Facility Reconfiguration of the continuation of the jersey barriers and fencing to define the drive aisles inside the QTA, reconfiguration of a storage room / janitors closet into a restroom, break room and office, installation of a new exit access stair from level 2 to level 1 and demolition of the east existing stair and tower, retaining the elevator configuration. 2 – RSS Building A Fencing & Wall Reconfiguration Removal of a chain link fence at the north parking area outside RSS Building A, repair of the grade change at the removed fence and installation of an interior wall inside the building. 3 – RSS Building B Door Reconfiguration Installing a new doors in building B. 4 – RSS Building C Service Bay & Office Reconfiguration Installing a demising wall to separate a vehicle service bay into two separate service bays and reconfiguring a conference room into a restroom, break room and office.
