A. Prep existing CMU B. Demolish existing parapet coping in area to be refinished C. Install WRB to all exposed faces of CMU while maintaining functionality of existing weeps D. Install Dryvit base coat and mesh to all wall faces that received new WRB E. Where noted on the drawings, adhere or fasten new wall finishes including, but not limited to, a. Dryvit EIFS, b. Dryvit NewBrick with flashing at base, weeps at base and aligned with existing weeps, and modified mortar throughout c. Faux windows. F. Install backer rod and sealant between dissimilar materials and at other joints where recommended G. Install new coping cap and flashing H. Install new bullnose awning where noted on drawings I. Install parging over exposed CMU while maintaining functionality of existing weeps J. Paint existing vinyl siding where noted on drawings
