PRINT SPECIFICATIONS: Cover Size: 6.25” x 9.25” finished size. Exact cover size. Page Sizes: 6” x 9” exact finished size Page Color: Book will have 544 pages, which will include 512 one-color pages and one 32-page, four-color section. The four-color section will be located at the beginning of the book. The one-color pages will include approximately 542 halftone photographs. There will also be 17 section pages that will bleed 4 sides. The front and back cover inside end sheets of the book will be printed in four-color with bleeds. The front and back cover of the book will be blind debossed, and gold debossed identical to the 2023-2024 edition. Gold debossing on the book cover and backbone must be done using gold-leaf foil. On the front cover use 20pt. Cheltenham bold upper- and lower-case letters. A list of names to be debossed on the front cover will be provided to the successful vendor. Names must be debossed exactly as written on the list provided. Printer must supply all blind debossing and gold-leaf debossing dies. STOCK: Body – 60lb. (25” x 38” basis) No. 2, white Mead (or approved equivalent), web enamel coated offset must be used. No. 3 grade is unacceptable. Vendor must submit samples of the proposed stock if different from mead No. 2 grade specified. End Sheets – 100 lb. (23” x 38” basis) text, white smooth Hammermill, or approved equivalent. Cover – Cloth, Vellum, ICG Holliston Line Weave Roxite “C” #56548. No substitutions will be allowed. A sample of the cover must be provided for inspection before moving to print all copies. End boards must be 100 thousandth of an inch. The case bound book head band must be Holliston blue and white.
