• Power wash entire roof and parapetwalls to remove all loose granules and debris in order to achieve a clean workable roof surface. • Contractor shall haul away all trash and debris generated by scope of work. • Contractor should repair and seal all existing blisters. • All flashings including roof curbs and parapetwalls shall receive the specified product as pe manufacturer's application requirements. • All specified GAF materials shall be applied as per Manufacturer's guidelines and specifications. • Provide a minimum of 5-year warranty in labor and 20-year material manufacturer warranty. • Contractor shall furnish a detailed schedule of work to be performed to the Hialeah Housing Authority once a Notice to proceed has been issued. • Upon commencing any work, Contractor will be responsible to visit the job site and become familiar with the existing conditions of the building, including, but not limited to access routes, parking, delivery, and storage areas. If any conditions deviate from the overall scope of work, Contractor shall notify the HHA in writing within 7 calendar days prior to commencing work. • Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment required to perform and complete the scope of work as specified by HHA and material manufacturer in a work like manner. • If Applicable, contractor shall acquire all necessary permits, pay all permit fees and pass all required inspections from the Building Department and/or the Hialeah Housing Authority. Contractor solely responsible for verifying with City of Hialeah building department if any permit will be required for the scope to be completed.
