Contractor shall keep portable toilets in good, clean, and safe operating condition, including washing all portable toilets inside and out (walls, floors, toilet seats, and ceilings) using AquaKem cleaner or equivalent to ensure proper sanitation. G. Contractor shall refill each portable toilet to minimum of ten (10) inches with a mixture of clean water and Aqua-Kem cleaner or equivalent product, with a ratio of chemical to water of 20/80. H. The Contractor must add deodorizing liquid to each portable toilet tank. I. Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to protect service locations. Any damage caused by Contractor to state equipment, materials, or other priority shall be repaired by Contractor to the satisfaction of the State at no cost to the State. The State may, at its option, repair any damage and deduct from Contractor the cost thereof.
