Rancho California Water District (District) is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced roofing contractors for the Operations Center Sloped Roof Project at the District’s Operations & Warehouse (O&W) facilities. The project consists of the removal, repair, and reinstallation of an existing concrete tile roofing system. The objective of this project is to restore and extend the service life of the existing sloped roof by replacing the roofing underlayment, performing limited roof deck repairs as required, and reinstalling the existing concrete roof tiles to provide a complete, code-compliant, and watertight roofing system. Certain roofing materials have been procured by the District through the California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS) program and will be furnished to the successful contractor for installation as part of this project.
