The general scope of work includes removal and disposal of existing AC with differing depths at designated locations; trenching; removal of existing parking bumpers; installing EV charging stations, EV charging foundation, Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) and hot mix asphalt concrete at designated locations, and parking painting and striping; furnishing and installing an electrical conduit, stainless steel mounted electrical pullbox, dry-type transformer, meter pedestal, electrical hand hole, various electrical improvements, transformer pad and anchorage, parking bumpers, and bollards; hanging electrical conduits with supports through an existing warehouse, installation of District Furnished charging station, testing and commissioning, and site restoration to the satisfaction of the Otay Water District, and all other work, incidentals, and appurtenances in accordance with the contract documents. The engineer’s estimate is $150,000.
