The City of South Lake Tahoe invites Executive Recruiting firms to participate in this competitive solicitation for services related to the executive search for the position of City Manager. The City of South Lake Tahoe is managed under the council – manager form of government. The Executive Recruiting firms should specialize in recruitment for executive level management positions in city government. To be eligible for consideration, the proposing firm must demonstrate that it, or the principal(s) assigned to the project, has successfully completed similar services to those specified in this request for proposal with municipalities similar in size and complexity. Proposals must contain evidence of the proposer’s experience and abilities directly related to the proposed services below. All proposers shall provide profiles and resumes of the staff to be assigned to the project. Proposals will be evaluated by the City Council in a duly noticed City Council meeting, and Proposers will be interviewed by City Council at said meeting.
