The project involves complete removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems at the Aquatics Conference Room and Football Weight Room. Work includes demolition down to the structural deck, abatement of specified materials, and repair of any damaged deck sections. The new system consists of DensDeck cover board, Two-ply, cold-applied, low-VOC roof system, and new coping, flashings, drains, and scuppers. The contractor will also install crickets for drainage, KEE membrane at parapets, walk pads, and new pipe supports. Additional scope includes replacing the roof hatch, applying silicone coating to rooftop ducts, coordinating temporary utility relocation, and ensuring full site cleanup and restoration upon completion. Contractor is responsible for providing and installing all associated materials and equipment related to the project to deliver a fully furnished and complete turnkey product.
