The City is proposing to construct the railroad grade separation of Rancho Vista Boulevard at both Sierra Highway and double-track at-grade crossing of the Southern California Regional Authority (SCRRA) Metrolink and Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) track. This will consist of six-lane grade separation (overpass) of Rancho Vista Boulevard and its intersection with the railroad tracks east of Sierra Highway, to include access ramps to Sierra Highway. The proposed project may require right-of-way acquisition from 37 properties. The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to perform Right of Way services consist of , but not limited to, Right of Way acquisition, Preparation of Right of way documents, obtain and review preliminary Titles, Appraisal and Escrow Documents, Acquisition and negotiation, and technical supports. Consultant shall prepare and conduct three (3) community outreach meetings and attend one (1) City Council Meting. The scope of work that consultants will include at minimum in their proposal shall consist of, but not limited to, the following tasks: Proposers are encouraged to add to these tasks as deemed necessary but shall state as additional services.
