: All labor, material and equipment required to provide installation of two modular buildings on concrete below grade foundations. Installation of associated water waste, power, communications, power, data, fire alarm system. Minor alteration to existing student and staff restrooms for accessibility compliance. Replacement of existing drinking fountain for accessibility compliance. Site improvements reconfiguration of existing parking lots for accessibility compliance. Grading, utilities, landscape and pedestrian path of travel at new buildings; steel fence and gates at new building area. Removal and installation of landscape & irrigation at new building areas and site improvement areas. Work should be completed in Two Phases.
