The scope of work includes maintaining clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing grounds for multiple sites. Remove fallen leaves, small twigs, and leaf-related debris from lawns, parking lots, walkways, sidewalks, planting beds, driveways, curbs, gutters, drain grates, entryways, loading zones and recreational areas on each site. Prevent accumulation that creates slip hazards, clogs drain, or damages turfs and shrubs. Protect landscaping: avoid blowing the mulch out of beds or damaging plants, fixtures, and vehicles. Ensure clear walkways and avoid blocking entrances. It is prohibited to blow debris into streets, storm drains, neighboring properties, or public- right-of-way. Haul the yard waste off site and follow local disposal regulations. Leave no debris behind. This will be a one-time service.
