The Work for this project generally includes but is not limited to • Replace existing oil-fired boilers and burners with new. Work shall include the connection to existing breeching, hydronic piping, and fuel piping with modifications provided as needed for connections to new equipment. • Install boiler and burner controls and related trim as required and as indicated in the manufacturer’s burner installation and operation manual for a complete and operational system. • Provide all electrical work necessary for the replacement of the burners and boiler controls. Utilize project specific Powerflame shop drawings and wiring diagrams for field low voltage and line voltage installation requirements. All work necessary for a fully operational burner/boiler system included hereunder. • Contractor shall provide factory trained and certified burner technician to conduct the start-up, testing, and commissioning of the burners including tuning of the modulation controls and verification of proper boiler and burner operation. field reports required. • Provide testing and balancing of boiler flow equipment
