The primary objective of this solicitation is to purchase and implement a Human Capital Management System solution to enhance HR operations, improve the employee experience for all employees, ensure continued compliance, and support strategic decision-making within Human Resource (HR) and Payroll experiences at Tri-County Technical College. The software solution should at a minimum, provide a comprehensive, user-friendly single SaaS platform to include payroll/employee tax system/process functions to support TCTC's HR and Payroll departments in Core HR Information System, Applicant Sourcing & Tracking, Interviewing, Offer Process, Employee Onboarding, HRIS Data & Reporting, Learning, Performance Management & Development, Compensation planning and administration, Time/Leave Management, Succession Planning & Development, Engagement, Benefit Administration, Payroll/Tax Processing, Integration with the Ellucian Banner for accounting data as well as other outlined systems the college uses.
