Dry weight: shall not exceed 17.2 kg (38 lbs.). Overall dimensions (L × W × H): shall not exceed 71.1 × 39.4 × 23.8 cm (28.0 × 15.5 × 9.5 in). Depth rating: minimum 300 meters standard, with upgradable capability to 1,000+ meters using the identical vehicle frame and power system (no complete vehicle replacement required). 360-degree rotation manipulator with interchangeable jaws. Manipulator should have a lift-and-fly capacity minimum of 25 lbs. (11.3 kg) while maintaining full station-keeping and maneuverability in 4-knot currents.
