The Town of Surfside seeks experienced General Contractors (GC) capable of constructing the CHAMPLAIN TOWERS SOUTH MEMORIAL (water feature, shade structure, hardscape, landscape, irrigation, pillars, signage, precast walls and benches). The selected Respondent will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, permits, and supervision to execute various tasks including site preparation, utility service connections, construction of the water feature, shade structure, hardscape, landscape, irrigation, pillars, signage, precast walls and benches. The Respondent will ensure the fulfillment of all other requirements outlined in the project plans and technical specifications, resulting in a complete delivery of the project as per the design plans. The Respondent will oversee the work and ensure that areas outside of the project site are not disturbed. Existing local traffic must be maintained. Specific Maintenance of Traffic Plans will be required to be developed by the GC based on their plan to execute the project.
