This includes but is not limited to skinning the bark, running over trees, or excessive digging in the root zones. These residual trees are marked with orange flagging. 3. The vegetation that cannot be removed using a mulch head due to being in close proximity to rocks or flagged residual trees must be cut with a chainsaw and placed in the area that will be chipped. 4. In the event the area gets significant rain that unacceptable rutting would occur (to be judged by SCDNR), work must cease until the ground dries out. 5. This property is open 365 days a year to the public. Work must be conducted prioritizing visitor safety. The contractor will work with SCDNR to ensure safety of the public. The contractor will block the entrance to the parking area with vehicle or equipment to discourage visitors parking in close proximity of the work site.
