Work included under this Project consists of renovation work in Leonard Hall on the Campus us Indiana University of Pennsylvania. The renovations consist of construction of two large classrooms and the renovation of the corridor area adjacent to the classroom spaces to be located on the fourth floor of the building. Associated work included under this Project includes the construction of shaft and duct connections through the fifth floor and the construction of a new rooftop unit on the roof above. Work for the Project shall be accomplished by Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Lead Prime Contractor are contained in Section 0131000, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents.
