The Utilities Commission, City of New Smyrna Beach, Florida dba New Smyrna Beach Utilities (NSBU) is currently fully insured and seeks the services of an Insurance Agent of Record (Agent) to provide innovative benefit plan design and effective health care choices for approximately 180 full-time employees. Insurance Brokers/Agents licensed to do business in the State of Florida are invited to submit proposals to provide service for the following; (a) Group Health Insurance; (b) Group Dental Insurance: (c) Group Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance; (d) Group Vision Insurance; (e) Long Term Disability Insurance; and (f) Supplemental Insurance (e.g. short-term disability, cancer, accident, hospital confinement, etc.)
