Provide continuing professional architectural services in accordance with Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Section 287.055, Florida Statutes, as amended from time to time, under a continuing services contract. The intent of this solicitation is to select one or more qualified firms to provide professional architectural services on an as-needed basis for projects that are limited in scope, cost, and duration as defined under the CCNA. The selected firm(s) shall provide architectural design and related professional services for various projects, which may include, but are not limited to: • Feasibility studies, planning, and programming; • Design, design development, and construction documentation; • Renovation, alteration, remodeling, or repair of existing facilities; • Site development related to architectural projects; • Construction administration and observation services; and • Other services typically performed by an architect as defined in Section 481.203, Florida Statutes.
