The Orchard Park Restroom Roof Replacement Project involves the removal and replacement of the existing roof covering on the single-story public restroom facility at Orchard Park. The structure is approximately 600 square feet (33 feet by 18 feet). The existing flat roof design includes crickets that direct water toward two (2) side scuppers. However, due to significant wear and deterioration of the roll roofing, active leaks have developed, resulting in moisture damage to the soffit area - particularly affecting the 2x6 tongue-and-groove wood paneling beneath the roof overhang. The Project scope includes a full tear-off of the existing roofing system and installation of a new 3-ply, torch-applied modified bituminous membrane roofing system. Work will also include as-needed repairs to deteriorated plywood, fascia, and flashing, installation of new metal coping over exposed roof beams, and repainting of all affected surfaces to match existing finishes.
