Minimum Mandatory Requirements: - Vendor must be registered with sam.gov - Provide a room at minimum - 67' L x 63' W x 12' H for initial and ending of training o Room has ability to be separate via air walls, upon request o Room has one - 10ft Screen to utilize projector on o Room has audio capability (2 speakers, 1 microphone, and mixer) o Room has podium - Venue to provide additional two rooms: o Breakout room 1 minimum: 25' L x 50' W x 14' H o Breakout room 2 minimum: 46' L x 50' W x 14' H - At least 2 Restrooms made available - Provide 1 extension cord for duration of training - Provide 1 power strip for duration of training - Provide 20 – 66 inch round tables - Provide 10 - 6ft banquet tables - Provide at least 100 chairs - Venue must have parking included for at least 65 vehicles as part of reservation - Room reserved from 8:00am to 4:00pm on days of reservation: o January 31, 2026 o February 21, 2026
