Contractor to provide material / labor / equipment / transportation / taxes to: Remove & properly dispose of damaged sidewalk around west half of pond located next to parking lot off Kinkaid Road. This is on the north side of the park and has a separate entrance that can be accessed from Kinkaid Road. Contractor shall coordinate with Parks Project Manager throughout project and final approval. A pre-construction meeting onsite is required before beginning work. This project is all or none. There shall be no substitutions for any materials, parts, products, or the like. Job Includes: • Secure utility locates before beginning removal. • Setup MOT before beginning removal. • Remove approx. 1,303 LF of damaged concrete sidewalk on the west half of pond as directed by project manager. • Properly dispose of material offsite. • Cleanup site daily.
