The Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to deliver dedicated, high-performance Internet access to designated OUC facilities. This initiative supports OUC’s strategic goals of ensuring network resiliency, operational excellence, and scalable connectivity for mission-critical services. This RFP seeks to establish an agreement with one or more providers capable of delivering reliable, secure, and scalable Internet services through direct fiber connections. OUC anticipates entering an initial three-year contract, with the option to extend it for up to two years via annual renewals. OUC will provide the routing hardware to make the connection for the circuit.
