The selected trainer will be responsible for: Curriculum Development Assess workplace policies and design a training program focused on workplace investigations for supervisors. At minimum, include topics such as: Supervisor responsibilities upon receiving complaints or observing misconduct Types of issues requiring investigation How to receive complaints professionally and without retaliation Preserving confidentiality and avoiding interference Documentation standards and best practices The investigation process and key stages Investigation planning and documentation Evidence collection and analysis Report writing Confidentiality and impartiality Interview fundamentals for supervisors (what to do and what not to do) Role of HR, legal counsel, and external investigators Handling interim measures and workplace safety concerns Prohibition against retaliation Case studies, scenarios, and practical examples Common pitfalls and how to avoid them Training Delivery Conduct four (4) live, interactive training sessions – One (1) session each on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Hawaii island in the first half of 2026.
