The Scope of Work is to be used as a general guide and is not intended to be a complete list of all work necessary to complete the project. The following are work tasks assumed necessary to provide As needed IT Architectural Services for the City. 1. Located within the San Francisco Bay Area. 2. Available next business day onsite at Department of Technology. 3. Available 24/7 to provide technical expert knowledge and support. 4. The single point of contact to provide expert knowledge and familiarity of the City’s network. 5. Minimum of 10 years consulting experience with the City’s enterprise network. 6. Provide expertise and consulting within network architectural designs and decisions. 7. Provide expertise and consulting in migrating a large-scale VPN solution that includes Active directory and radius, along with per user policies. 8. Provide expertise and consulting of the City’s large enterprise networks that consist MPLS (MPLS tagging and routing), multiple internet connections, and datacenters. 9. Provide expertise and consulting in assessing the current Avaya Juniper networks and providing documentation and recommendation to plan, implement/migrate to a cisco enterprise network. 10. Provide expertise and consulting for the City’s external and internal DNS. 11. Provide expertise and consulting in implementing and troubleshooting the City’s INFOBLOX appliances that consists DNS, DHCP, and NTP. 12. Provide expertise and consulting in assessing, planning, implementing, migrating, and troubleshooting routing protocols such as OSPF, iBGP, eBGP, and EIGRP with in the City’s existing fiber WAN network. 13. Provide expertise and consulting in assessing, implementing, and troubleshooting the City’s Cisco enterprise wireless solution. 14. Provide expertise and consulting in assessing, implementation, and troubleshooting firewalls such as Cisco and Palo Alto’s firewalls. 15. Provide expertise and consulting in migrating between firewalls such as Palo Alto’s to Cisco and Cisco to Palo Alto’s. 16. Provide expertise and consulting in multi-factor authentications. 17. Provide expertise and consulting in F5’s GTM and LTM. 18. Provide expertise and consulting in datacenter migrations. 19. Provide knowledge transfer and documentation. 20. Provide any technical expertise as requested.
