The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide customizable modular office furniture, installation and design services. The Housing Authority is renovating its offices and seeks durable, customizable modular furniture for individual offices, workstations, conference, reception, and shared areas. Furniture must be functional, accessible, visually and acoustically appealing, and meets industry standards for quality, safety, sustainability, and ergonomics. Proposer(s) are responsible for design, fabrication, delivery, installation, disposal, training, and documentation, while maintaining clear communication and timely, high-quality performance throughout the project.
