1. SCOPE OF WORK: 1.1. The San Diego County Sheriff's Office, Food Services Division, requires the purchase of Twenty (20) Double Food Delivery Cart Cambro Model No.1826DBC-131 or equivalent and Twenty-four (24) Single Food Delivery Cart Cambro Model No.1826LBC- 131 or equivalent. This is to be used in food production in the East Mesa Central Production Center. 1.2. Offerors requesting use of equivalent products must submit, “or equal” specifications to the County along with pricing. 1.3. The specified materials are categorized under LOT 1 and LOT 2. Each item shall be either the designated brand/model or an equivalent unit that, at a minimum, meets the specifications outlined in Section 2, Specifications. 1.3.1. Twenty-four (24) Single Food Delivery Cart, Food Storage Box Cambro Model No. 1826LBC-131 Cart or equal. 2.2.1.1. Removable cutting board on top 2.2.1.2. Holds 18" x 26" food storage boxes 2.2.1.3. 32"L x 21-1/2"W x 37- ½"H 2.2.1.4. Color: Dark Brown, NSF 3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: 3.1. The County shall be given credit for damaged and returned items within five (5) business days. 3.2. There shall be no restocking fee or other charges for returns of damaged or incorrect items. 3.3. Quantity and price shall be listed in the Pricing Schedule (attached below) for each item. 3.4. Delivery lead-time: 10 days after receipt of order. 3.5. At the delivery time, the ordering facility shall be responsible for final inspection or product for quantity and quality, and if any product is rejected, the vendor will pick up and exchange at no additional cost within 24 hours.
