The San Diego County District Attorney’s Office (SDCDA) offers support services at its Family Justice Centers – One Safe Place North and South – for persons who have experienced child abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, hate crime, elder abuse, human trafficking, or other abuse or victimization. Contractor shall manage a designated state-of-the-art, low-barrier bridge housing facility and associated services for Clients of the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office Family Justice Center (SDCDA-FJC). SDCDA-FJC shall be the sole referral source for Clients to the bridge housing facility. This facility will serve as an immediate "stop gap" bridge for victims and survivors of abuse and other forms of victimization, offering short-term stays on a twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week basis. Contractor shall provide the required resources to fully manage day-to-day operations of the bridge housing facility. The Contractor shall provide all financial and operational resources and activities, including security necessary for services under this agreement. Contractor understands that no compensation will be provided by SDCDA for services. SDCDA shall maintain costs related to the lease, equipment, furnishings, and related facility maintenance.
