This Scope of Work (SOW) defines the requirements for the Aquatics Target Repairs project at Reedley High School. The District has pre-purchased necessary specialized materials from Myrtha Pools, with an estimated delivery to the site in mid-January 2026. General Proprietary Requirements • All pool shell and waterproofing materials are to be sourced directly from the manufacturer, A&T Europe S.p.A. (Myrtha). • The technology utilized in the existing pool is a patented / proprietary system and not available from any other vendor worldwide. • Myrtha Pools USA (MPUSA) has the exclusive rights to the product in the US and even the base component manufacturers have exclusivity agreements with Myrtha. • In addition, the manufacturer is offering to reaffirm existing warranties. Those warranties require that all components associated with the pool be provided by the original manufacturer. The use of any third-party components would violate those terms and void any warranty extensions. Therefore, no or equals will be accepted. • Furthermore, the existing / future pool warranty required that the installation of said components must be completed by a Myrtha Certified installation contractor. Certification requires regular attendance of a biannual Pool Academy as well as supervised experience successfully installing the Myrtha system on projects of similar size and scope. Any perspective bidders will be required to provide written documentation from the Manufacturer that they are certified in order to be considered as responsive.
