Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide the following services: A. ROUTINE SERVICES: 1. Contractor to perform pruning on all trees and palms to maintain a safe and healthy environment, including removing dead, diseased or weak limbs and branches. 2. Contractor should provide pruning services to achieve proper clearance from structures such as buildings, windows, and roofs and pedestrian/vehicle pathways. 3. Contractor should remove any hazardous trees, dead trees, or trees that pose an immediate risk to residents, staff, or property. 4. Contractor shall trim all Mexican Fan palm trees on property, approximately 85 palm trees, leaving only 3 to 5 fronds on each palm. 5. Contractor shall trim all Queen palms on property to industry standard, approximately 12 palms. 6. Trimming and thinning of all other trees on the property, approximately 150 trees. 7. Contractor should remove all debris and trimmings from the grounds such as sidewalks, driveways and lawns. No facility dumpsters should be used for debris disposal. 8. Contractor/staff on site shall wear the proper PPE for the job including but not limited to: hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, visible work vest, safety harness, etc. 9. Contractor shall keep adjacent areas clear and clean of all debris for resident and staff safety. 10. Contractor shall conduct operations achieving the least possible obstruction and inconvenience to the Home’s operations.
