It is expected each proposal would include the following tasks: Tasks – To be completed during Spring 2026 outage (Est March-May 2026) 1. Replace and paint the turbine compartment side panels and roof panel. 2. Replace or refurbish the left and right-side ventilation eductor silencers. 3. Replace the turbine flex seal on the exhaust side. 4. *Investigate the altered cooling & sealing air piping design and determine why the exhaust frame has no cooling air supply. The cooling air piping to the exhaust frame has been previously blinded. 5. Repair/Replace exhaust diffuser and adjacent wall panels. All repairs and replacements shall restore the equipment to OEM performance specifications or better, and materials shall be equal to or superior to the original construction. All work on the turbine shall conform to the OEM (General Electric) maintenance instructions and quality standards, unless otherwise approved by the City.
