The consultant shall develop training plans that outline specific, viable career progressions and associated training options and paths. The consultant shall identify potential training providers or resources. The consultant shall provide a proposed scope of work for the implementation of training, including estimated costs and timelines for identified training opportunities. Deliverables o Comprehensive training needs assessment report. o A proposed training plan, including recommended providers and implementation strategies. Collaboration and Communication The consultant is expected to be proactive in establishing regular and frequent communication with Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority’s project manager and Human Resources staff throughout the project life cycle. Deliverables o Detailed project work plan with milestones and timelines. o Regular progress reports (e.g. biweekly meetings). o Final presentation of all findings and recommendations to Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority’s leadership and key stakeholders.
