The A/E team is working with the University to develop the design documents and a construction manager at risk is desired to join the team and assist with design constructability, project estimating, project scheduling, and coordination of construction activities. The project is identified as the following: Installation of a Lateral Irrigation System including placing a new three phase transformer, new 12’ X 16’ pump house, a new well pump, trenching of 800’ for power, trenching for new irrigation guns. The projected construction budget is $400,000 to $500,000. The following items are expected within the renovations: • Place University supplied transformer pad. • Place new three-phase transformer on new pad (Versant supplied 150KVA Transformer) • New lateral Irrigation system that will cover approximately 15 Acres • New Well Pump • New well Pump house • Power from route one to new transformer with disconnect and meter (approx. 800 ft) • Trenching supplemental Irrigation guns • Relocate the existing single-phase power and well pump to the new pump house.
