Lot B: Cytology Equipment – equipment bids for Lot B must be Imagyst model – no alternates allowed for Lot B. Maintenance Agreement: Clemson University seeks to establish a maintenance & service agreement for Lot A and for Lot B. The maintenance agreement shall begin at the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty period. For example, if the manufacturer warranty expires after one (1) year, please provide a maintenance agreement for the remaining four (4) years of the lease. In this example, you would enter maintenance agreement pricing for Years 2, 3, 4 & 5 in Attachment A. General specs: • All QC software to be included and loaded on the equipment. • All equipment shall integrate with Instinct to utilize the work listing capabilities and feed results back to the Instinct EMR. All offers must provide proof of an active native integration partnership. • All Offerors shall outline their demo training to be provided for Spring 2026 to include initial training plus additional future tiered training as the CVM team grows in size.
