A. Awarded vendors must provide equipment with a frame that meets the following specifications at a minimum. 1. Frame must be (1) one solid piece. 2. Rail must have a resisting bending moment of 2 million inch-pounds at a minimum. 3. Must have gross vehicle weight rating of 35,000 pounds at a maximum. Gross vehicle weight must be 35,000 pounds at a minimum. 4. Must have setback front and standard axle configuration capabilities. B. Awarded vendors must provide equipment with front axle and suspension that meets the following specifications at a minimum. 1. Must have capacity of 12,000 pounds at a minimum with wide track I-Beam. 2. Must have lubrication system with sight glass. 3. Must have shock absorbers that are hydraulic, heavy duty and double action. 4. 55 degrees or better wheel cut. 50 degrees or better wheel cut.
