1. Providing basic career services, including but not limited to: participant intake (determining WIOA eligibility), orientations, initial assessments, services and intentional referrals to other partners and services. 2. Providing individualized career services including but not limited to: comprehensive and specialized assessments, case management, individual employment plans, career planning, and vocational counseling. 3. Provide job seekers with the skills and credentials needed for employment and advancement to sustainable wages; 4. Provide access to all job seekers, including individuals with barriers to employment; 5. Enable businesses and employers to easily identify and hire skilled workers and will provide access to other supports, including education and training for their current workforce; 6. Use participant and stakeholder feedback and information to continuously improve; and 7. Align and adopt ACWDB program policies.
