The District is seeking a qualified Construction Management (CM) Firm with skilled technical and professional personnel to provide full construction management, inspection services, and material testing required for the Bass Lake Potable – Recycled Water Supplement Connection & Bridlewood Tank Rehabilitation Project (Project). The Project consists of replacing existing welded-steel tank roof with an aluminum dome, interior and exterior coating, installation of a new cathodic protection system, and installation of a new access ladder. In addition to the tank work mentioned above, this project will include a potable water to recycled water connection to supplement recycled water flows while Bridlewood tank is offline. The supplement connection work consists of the demolition of an existing concrete pad section, construction of a new concrete pad, installation of new piping appurtenances, and piping reconfiguration. The Project is planned for construction in 2026 through 2029 as construction on Bridlewood tank can only occur in the winter, with an estimated cost of $5,303,000.
