The Las Virgenes Unified School District is soliciting proposals from qualified organizations to provide Expanded Learning services through the LVUSD Plus+ program during Summer Session and designated intersession days. These services are intended to offer high-quality enrichment, recreation, and play-based learning experiences for students in a setting that reflects the District’s commitment to safety, engagement, and whole-child development. The selected provider will operate the program on LVUSD campuses and will be responsible for all aspects of daily service delivery, including staffing, enrichment design, supervision, student engagement, compliance with safety standards, and communication with District leadership. The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a provider capable of planning and delivering a comprehensive program that can operate reliably on campus while aligning with LVUSD Plus+ expectations. LVUSD will maintain program oversight, conduct periodic review of services, and collaborate with the provider as needed; however, the District will not supply on-site daily management. Proposers therefore must demonstrate the capacity to manage day-to-day operations, employ qualified staff, and ensure consistent adherence to legal, safety, and reporting requirements.
