Contractor must provide in-person, beginner-level classes on video and audio production, video editing, and social media strategy. 1.2 In collaboration with LA County Library, the Contractor will design and implement a standardized curriculum covering six instructional classes tailored for adults. Curriculum will aim at providing participants with the basic knowledge to independently create short-format videos for, but not limited to, online distribution. 1.3 Classes will be scheduled as a six-week series with weekly sessions presented from February 10th to March 21st 2026 at six library locations, a total of thirty-six class sessions. 1.4 Classes will be delivered in-person only, with no virtual options, at LA County Library locations listed in paragraph 4.0: Locations. The quote must include services for all listed subjects at all specified locations.
