Provide a one-year Detailed Work Plan to respond to all requirements defined in the scope of services. Include the steps needed to complete all tasks and any recommended additions. Additionally, document the assumptions used in the development of the work tasks, including any assistance required from City staff. If any of the requirements cannot be supported, provide a recommendation for an alternative approach. The Detailed Work Plan, excluding resumes and references, shall not exceed 30 pages. The plan shall include, but is not limited to: a. Project management i. Describe the communication and coordination plan with City Representatives, Regulatory Agencies, Restoration Contractor, and other Contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory permits and federal and state requirements. ii. Attend general meetings (on-site and project) as requested. iii. Documentation and reporting. Provide an example. iv. Regulatory Agency interaction, which may include meetings, conference calls, and correspondence. v. General consulting. b. Recommendations for: i. Construction and maintenance activities as necessary to avoid disturbances. ii. Strategies that are economically advantageous to the City to reduce costs associated with monitoring requirements. iii. Awareness training for the appropriate personnel. c. Approach and methodology for: i. Conducting surveys for special-status species, nesting birds, and sensitive species. ii. Accomplishing the requested services herein. d. Identify any additional tasks that may be necessary. e. Proposals should be as detailed as necessary so that the City may properly evaluate whether the proposal provides strategies that are clear, logical, and achievable for the requested scope of services herein. 8. Project Team Identify the project team, including proposed sub-consultants, and provide resumes for key staff assigned to the agreement/contract. Identify the geographic locations of key personnel. 9. Project Schedule Include an estimated timeline for the completion of the on-call biological requests. 10. Quality Control Provide a detailed description and/or examples of the consultant’s quality control procedures that ensures all work products delivered to the City (i.e., drafts and final version reports, etc.) are of high-quality, accurate, and have been thoroughly reviewed prior to delivery to the City.
