Task 1: Planning and Design The contractor shall initiate the project with a comprehensive kickoff meeting involving all relevant stakeholders. This task includes: • Installation of Cat 6a cabling and Aruba wireless access points • Configuration of Aruba controllers and access points to meet coverage and performance standards • Execution of comprehensive wireless signal testing throughout the facility • Reconfiguration and optimization of network components in areas where signal strength or performance is found to be suboptimal • Documentation of network topology, configuration settings, and test results. Task 3: Wireless Training and Consulting The contractor shall provide training and consulting services to ensure effective use and maintenance of the new wireless infrastructure. This includes: • Virtual training sessions for District IT staff for management, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Wi-Fi and Aruba. • Consulting support for post-deployment optimization and integration with existing systems.
