Haul Out and Blocking: Provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to haul out the DNR Oyster Planting Barge (36' OAL × 15' Beam × 4’-Sided steel flat barge with raked bow). Properly shore and brace the vessel without list while in dock and allow safe access for all work and third-party contractors as needed. Surface Preparation: Pressure wash all surfaces below the waterline to remove fouling and sediment accumulation. Account for hull paint loss during washing; chip or spot-sand all loose or failing paint prior to repainting. All surfaces must be prepped according to the provided paint specifications Hull Inspection and Repairs: Inspect hull integrity for corrosion, damage, and holes. Inspect all welds; prepare and repair as needed. Replace hull plates as required. Repair weld cracks and reweld seams where necessary. Deck Fittings: Remove rust to inspect deck cleats, deck D-rings, and the two stern stanchions. Replace all fittings.
