PURPOSE The County of Los Angeles (County) Internal Services Department (ISD) is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information from companies that can provide shuttle driver services to community members living in Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) public housing developments. The County has been awarded a grant to provide safe, reliable, community-focused shuttle services using 100% electric vehicle shuttles that support clean energy mobility options for residents of County public housing facilities. The County will provide shuttles, charging stations, and storage locations for this project. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information from shuttle operators on providing driver services, including navigating predetermined routes, providing input on route planning, and ensuring pickups and drop-offs conform to ADA compliance standards.
