To construct a 6,503 SQFT and remodel 2,802 SQFT of CST Ready Building, that supports individual and collective training, administrative, automation and communications, and logistical requirements for MTARNG’s Civil Support Team. This facility will be built on the Federal Military Installation known as Fort William Henry Harrison in Helena, MT. (Current Mission). The facility will meet industry standards as well as all local, State, and Federal building codes. Construction will include all utility services, information systems, fire detection and alarm systems, aprons, walks, curbs, gutters, storm drainage, and site improvements. Facilities will be designed to a minimum life of 50 years in accordance with DoD's Unified Facilities Code (UFC 1-200-02) including energy efficiencies, building envelope and integrated building systems performance as per ASA(IE&E) Sustainable Design and Development Policy updated 2017. Antiterrorism measures in accordance with the DoD Minimum Antiterrorism for building standards will be provided. The design of the facilities will follow the principles of LEED with a Silver rating requirement
