The City of Tustin is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to conduct a comprehensive Information Technology (IT) Gap Analysis. The purpose of this analysis is to evaluate the current state of the Tustin Police Department’s technology infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations for modernization and enhancement to support law enforcement operations. The selected vendor will conduct a structured review of systems, workflows, infrastructure, policies, and operational needs, and deliver a clear roadmap outlining short-term fixes, long-term upgrades, integration opportunities, cost and staffing requirements (during implementation as well as on-going basis). This assessment will support future capital planning, grant applications, and strategic initiatives.
