The consultant/contractor agrees to provide the necessary services to accomplish the scope of work in a complete and acceptable fashion, including but not limited to: A. Provide all professional and basic services necessary to finalize the scope of work, produce all plans, specifications and documentation necessary to determine compliance with all town, county, state and federal codes, regulations and requirements. B. Provide all supplemental engineering and/or surveying, as required. C. Secure the labor and materials necessary to complete the scope of work, including all contractors and sub-contractors. D. Coordinate with CAG on the bid package and make any necessary revisions to plans and specifications prior to publication of the Request for Proposals. CAG will assemble, advertise, and distribute the bid package. E. Provide assistance to CAG as necessary regarding contractors’ questions during the bid period. F. Attend pre-construction conference in Hayden. G. Interpret plans and specifications for contractors. H. Complete the project, in accordance with the approved scope of work and all applicable town, county, state and federal codes, regulations and requirements.
