Contractor will be required to provide an IPM program for the following locations at UConn Health and provide a rodent control program designed to eliminate mice and other rodents from campus buildings, and provide monitoring as required (approximately one (1) hour per visit). Contractor will be required to provide control of general structure arthropod pests as well as invading pests and all rodent vermin. Contractors shall select and utilize non-chemical control methods which eliminate, exclude or repel pests. Contractors shall select and use the most environmentally sound pesticides to affect control when any chemical control methods are necessary. Weekly visits shall also include the Musculoskeletal Sciences Institute (MSI) and the University Tower Operating Room (OR) drain fly control services and checking fly lights(As per required) at locations to be determined by UConn Health.
